ABOUT ME
I am a level 3 REPS Certified Personal Trainer with 5 years of experience working with people from all backgrounds and abilities to help them achieve their own unique goals.
Initially I started off working for an independent gym where I specialised in injury rehabilitation, older clients and teaching a wide range of classes to suit all levels.
During this time my own style of training was changing from focusing on weight lifting to bodyweight training so I decided to go freelance to be able to teach something I was really passionate about.
I now specialise in teaching Calisthenics, a bodyweight only practice which helps create a more functionally fit body that has not only helped me transform my body to being stronger, more mobile and able to do things I never thought possible while creating a very healthy emotional relationship with my mind and body.
Since teaching this way for the last 2 years I have seen the positive impact it has had on my clients and the sustainability aspect it has for people rather than going through the motions of your average gym workout.
One of my favourite and more unique ways to train my clients is by using the gymnast rings no matter what level they are at, it’s my favourite tool for building strength, stability and mobility as well as being able to have some fun swinging around and even hanging upside down!

If you’re looking to make a commitment to your long term fitness and health goals and would love the support, guidance and motivation from an experienced personal trainer to help you achieve this then 121 personal training will be the perfect way to start your journey.
I am able to train anyone from beginner level to more advanced as well as people recovering from injuries or post op rehab.
Each session is 1 hour long and will be tailored to your goals while I take into consideration your ability so I can make sure each workout is safe, effective, challenging and fun!
Access to the gym with fantastic facilities is available or if you prefer to train outside or at home then that can also be arranged.
One off session for 1 hour - £50
