Join us for a rejuvenating retreat focused on handstands and flexibility, set in the tranquil surroundings of Wincanton, Somerset. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this retreat is designed for all levels to come together, learn, and grow.

The classes on offer each day are handstands and flexibility training plus creative movement training and AcroYoga (my personal favourite!)


As well as getting out in nature there will be time to explore and go on walks if you wish, or perhaps you will prefer to stay on site and fully switch off from the outside world!


Everything is included in the price, so you can focus on your practice and enjoy your time with us. Come and connect with like-minded individuals, deepen your practice, and leave feeling revitalised.

I specialise in teaching Calisthenics, a bodyweight only practice which helps create a more functionally fit body that has not only helped me transform my body to being stronger, more mobile and able to do things I never thought possible while creating a very healthy emotional relationship with my mind and body.
