In this class we have the chance to use the parallette bars, gymnastic rings and learn bodyweight movements on the floor to build a stronger and more functional body CaliFlex is a great way to combine strength and flexibility together making the most out of your journey in calisthenics whether you are a beginner or more advanced We will cover:  Pull Ups  Dips  Flexibility Movements to help with harder skills  Shoulder Stands  P.Bar Skills  Freestyle on the rings  Much more!
