In this class we will learn how to safely and effectively work towards the goal of achieving front and box splits and the Pancake I will go through different methods of flexibility that help us to strengthen and lengthen the muscles in our body as well as improving joint mobility Splits & Pancake can feel like a daunting and never ending goal to reach when you don’t have the knowledge or motivation to learn. My aim with this class is to help you feel like you can achieve your bendy dreams one step at a time while making sure everyone works at their own level We will cover:  Active Flexibility  Passive Stretching  Dynamic Stretching  Nerve Flossing  Box Splits  Front Splits  Correct Techniques  Much more!
